Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in investment to drive sales growth in our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies. This role is critical as it directly impacts the company’s revenue and market presence. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, foster relationships with key clients, and ensure that sales targets are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process. Identify and implement best practices in sales operations for continuous improvement. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team.
