Arabic Applicant Tracking Systems: Why Bilingual Recruitment Matters

A recruitment process in Saudi Arabia is rarely one language. Job posts, CVs, interviews, and internal notes move between Arabic and English. An Applicant Tracking System that only works comfortably in one of them pushes the other language back into email.
Candidates should be able to read a career page and apply in the language of the role. Recruiters should be able to work in the language their team uses. The record of the hire should not depend on which language the last person happened to type in.
What bilingual means in practice
It means the career page, the application, and the recruiter workspace can both be used in Arabic and English. It does not mean a translated button on an English-only pipeline.
Why it changes the shortlist
If Arabic CVs are harder to read inside the system, they wait. A bilingual ATS keeps those applications in the same screening queue as English ones, so language is not an accidental filter.
